Order cold and had chilli and mayo added to my chicken shish when I asked for it to be added to the donner and chips wrap and my mayo to be separate not even ate the order sent

Estimated time was 43 mins but was 1 hr 20 mins. Pizza cold ,but easy to warm up in microwave, chips put in bin being cold dry and most was small scabby end bits worst ive ever had in many years.
